Dear friend:

I am writing to ask you to please include Partners in Learning, Inc. (PIL) in your end-of-year charitable giving.

Since 1989, PIL has supported emergent bilinguals of diverse cultures and languages to learn, earn, and live well. PIL supports children, adults, and families who live in the City of Syracuse and Onondaga County.

PIL offers dual language, early childhood education and pre-k programming to children in three classrooms at Seymour Dual Language Academy, and one classroom at Bellevue Elementary School. PIL also provides home-based dual language, early childhood education programming for children who are not yet ready for school-based services. PIL maintains a growing waiting list for both programs.

PIL also offers education & employment services to adult emergent bilinguals. PIL’s staff promote intergenerational learning, build cross-cultural connections, and help participants to enhance their literacy and language skills. This year, PIL continued efforts to expand its Diversity in Early Education & Care (DEEC) program to adult emergent bilinguals interested in pursuing an early childhood education profession.

With your support, PIL will continue to help children, adults, and families from across Onondaga County to enhance their literacy and language skills, build cross-cultural connections, and to become lifelong learners, productive workers, informed consumers, engaged citizens, and good neighbors.

Please support PIL’s efforts by making an unrestricted donation or by sponsoring one of our 2024 initiatives.

Your donation may also be tax deductible as PIL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Thank you in advance for your support of PIL’s mission, vision, and values!

Many thanks,
