Partners in Learning, Inc. (PIL) supports adults, children, and families of diverse cultures in their efforts to learn, earn, and live well in Syracuse and Onondaga County.

PIL offers education and employment services designed to:

enhance literacy and language skills in English and Spanish,
promote intergenerational learning, and
build cross-cultural connections.
